Product application:

1.Lasermould welding machine AHL-W220IV/AHL-W400IV is the fourth generation oflaser mould repairing equipment developed by AOHUA. This kind of laser can beelectrically operated up and down, left and right or back and forth, and theworktable can be electrically operated up and down, which is mainly applied tooutsize, large and middle-size mould repairing.

2.Mainlyapplicable to mold steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel,  beryllium copper, copper alloy, as well assuch plastic mold, casting mold, forging die, stamping mold, die-casting mouldas with extremely hard alloy materials for S136, SKD 每 11, NAK80, 8407, 718,738, H13, P20, W302, 2344.

3.Widelyused in mould manufacturing, such as mobile phone, digital product, automobile,cars, motorcycles, motorcycle mold making and molding industry.


Productadvantages:


1.      Laser mould welding machine fuses thespecial welding wire to the damaged parts of moulds by hi 每 heatinstantaneously generated by laser, and then firmly fuses with the originalsubstrate. After that it conducts the glossy processing through sparks andgrinding in order to repair the mould.

2.      It conducts the precision repair forthe mould*s blisters, cracks, chippings and wearing parts.

3.      The area affected by heat is so smallthat can*t cause the precision mould deformed.

4.       Gasprotecting system: synchronous argon protecting system controlled bymicro-computer act better, it make the welding connection even firmer andartistic. Being controlled to keep synchronous transmission with laser can savethe argon at the highest level.

5.      Laser controlling system can control the power source profile precisely pre 每 set optimized; underthe control of double closed loop by inside improved industrial controllingmicro-computer so the stability and the running ability surpass products thatcontrolled by monolithic integrated circuit.

6.       Observingsystem: equipped with special microscope observing system with cross cursor. Ithas high speed electron flitting device to protect the operator's eyes frombeing hurt.

7.      Fully dissolved and no repairing trace,and there is no depression phenomenon for the joint between convex fuse andsubstrate.
